A modern day dilemma...
What is Terrorism?
Violence against civilians to achieve political or ideological objectives by creating fear.
The phrase islamic terrorism is an oxymoron.
1. Killing of civilians (to pursue battle or other goals) is forbidden in Islaam
2. Suicide bombing is a form of suicide & is forbidden in the texts of the Quraan & the Prophet's (peace be upon him) commandments to the Muslims.
So the terrorists go against Quraanic injunctions and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) commands & yet the media call them as islamic terrorists. What a misnomer? What an injustice?
The tendency of associating the psychotic behaviour of some muslims & Islam seems to be all too prevalent in the media.
And how does Islaam or the Muslims benefit from these actions ?
It looks like the enemies of Islaam benefit more from these attacks !!!
The misguided youth who get into these situations are have no islamic knowledge & are a menace to the community. They do not go to any madrasaas nor do they go to Islamic colleges nor do they sit with the scholars of Islaam to understand the religion in its entirety.
The Prophet of Islaam (peace be upon him) warned us against such people. Their tendencies & their behavioural patterns, their hastiness in criticising the rulers, calling the general muslims as sinners as they disagree with these misguided people in principle. They cause tribulations in the land by their actions.
Such people are known as the Khawaarij.
The Prophet of Islaam (peace be upon him) termed them as the "Dogs of Hellfire"
What a shame? And they claim to be protecting the honour of the Muslims. What do you call such ignorance as?
In fact demonstrations & street protests themselves are looked down upon in the Shariat as they cause inconvenience to the general public.
And we know quite well how demonstrations are utilised to further the political agendas of some unknown backseat drivers.
These misguided youth (khwaarij) and the media equate their foolishness to Jihad . Allahu Musta'an
What a calamity?
Jihaad is a form of worship among the many forms of worship. Jihad is itself classified into many branches & the greatest Jihad being the one of striving for knowledge.
The physical Jihaad can only be called by a ruler of a state. Just like I turn in the direction of Mecca for my prayers to achieve a do the prayer in a proper way & achieve its completion. This is a way for states to protect themselves from foreign aggressors.
The religion of Islaam does not change with the changing times. It is a guidance for mankind for all ages till the Last Day.
It is not for the muslims to change the religion as they like. Islaam is what is in the Qura'an, what the Prophet (peace be upon him) taught us & what the first 3 generations of muslims understood from these teachings. We learn Islaamic knowledge from the torchbearers of every generation - the Scholars of Islaam. We read their books, listen to their speeches & whenever possible sit in their Majlis.
So in addition to killing themselves & civilians & destroying property of others , they now try to change the religion of Allah subhaanavu ta'ala
This is as criminal as it can get. Ascribing such people to Islaam is gross injustice.
So it is clear to anyone with little bit commonsense that Islaam forbids terrorism.
The immediate question is who are these folks running around creating havoc & trying to ascribe themselves to Islaam & trying to achieve so called martyrdom.
It is a little hard to chew the fact that people with such limited intelligence (who are ready to die for their religion but do not understand the basics & instead act against their religion) are able to carry out such complicated operations involving logistics planning, co-ordination & team development & the use of hi tech gadgets ... all outside the visibility of the Intelligence agencies with their multi billion dollar budgets who we learn were just informing the politicians about an imminent attack & the need to increase their meagre budgets so that they can do a better job.
So who are these psychotic people trying to smear the name of Islaam. People who have the knowledge of high tech weapons, bomb assembly, contacts to get the raw materials for explosions, knowledge of the terrain & past experience to actually conduct it.
We may have to look into who is profiting from each of these attacks & see for common patterns.
It is interesting to look into the history of false flag operations.
What is a false flag operation:
False flag operations are covert operations conducted by governments, corporations, or other organizations, which are designed to appear as though they are being carried out by other entities. The name is derived from the military concept of flying false colors; that is, flying the flag of a country other than one's own. False flag operations are not limited to war and counter-insurgency operations, and have been used in peace-time; for example, during Italy's strategy of tension.
Starting from simple change of flag colours, false flag ops have become highly sophisticated.
